With Lake St. Louis the most recent of Missouri’s cities to be smoke free, the issue of clean air is on the radar of tobacco-free advocates in St. Charles County, as they prepare to again present the issue to the County Council tomorrow, April 26. The Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri, Troop 4849, appeared before the St. Charles County Council to promote clean air in all public places on April 12.  Their articulate presentation drew the attention of council members, and their future leadership potential was complimented by the smoke-free advocates from the Tobacco Free Missouri-Greater St. Louis Coalition.
